My experience in treating anxiety…

Some of the most common causes of anxiety that I see today are a result of constant social media, as it puts a lot of unrealistic expectations onto people. Past experiences, which have not been resolved, low self-esteem and bullying both online and face-to-face are also major causes of anxiety for the people I treat. I have experienced very quick results for my clients by using a combination of hypnotherapy and NLP complemented by counselling where required.
